I had 3 torn ligaments in my knee back in 2014 without surgery he healed 2 of them by using a knee brace they are perfect today and I am 72 he didn’t recommend an ACL surgery and to this day I have 0 problems with my knee. I asked for a surgery back then he advised against one. He was right !
